The Ukrainian Business Brotherhood undertook an ambitious project aimed at the development of United Territorial Communities (UTCs) in the Lviv region. In close cooperation with representatives of local authorities and the Lviv Regional State Administration, we help communities that need our support and expertise for their development.
Our plan includes a comprehensive approach to supporting the OTG, starting with formulating a long-term development plan, providing consultations, and engaging our specialists to implement specific projects. We are also considering the possibility of directing taxes and placing the production capacities of our participants in selected OTGs, which will create new jobs for the local population.
Special attention is paid to improving the qualifications of OTG employees. We have already financed training for employees of three communities on a master's program on attracting financial funds from the EU, so that they can effectively work with grant applications and contribute to the development of their communities. We are sure that this project will not only contribute to the development of the selected OTG, but will also become an example of effective interaction between business and local authorities for the sake of joint growth.
