The Statute of the Ukrainian Business Brotherhood (UBB) is the foundational document that outlines the organization's rules, objectives, management structure, and core principles. It serves as the basis for the functioning of all community members, defining the Brotherhood's mission, goals, members' rights and duties, election procedures, decision-making processes, and mechanisms for rule compliance. This document is key to ensuring transparency, democracy, and efficiency, facilitating the achievement of common goals and the development of each participant.

Management and Elections

Brotherhood Members
Members of the Ukrainian Business Brotherhood actively participate in organizational events, adhere to the statute, contribute to collective development, and support community strength. During the election process of the Brotherhood Council, each member has the opportunity to be nominated and vote for others, ensuring democratic governance and equal opportunities for all. Voting is conducted openly and transparently, allowing each participant the right to express their opinion and influence decisions and the future of the Brotherhood.

The Council of the Ukrainian Business Brotherhood is responsible for strategic leadership, making key decisions, and ensuring the overall direction of the organization's activities. It determines the policy of the Brotherhood, approves development plans, controls their implementation, and is responsible for financial management and adherence to the organization's mission. Once elected, the Brotherhood Council conducts an internal vote to determine the President among its members, with the candidate who receives the majority of votes winning.
